SPNet is committed to preventing any unauthorized access to each visitor’s customer information and personally identifiable information. We maintain procedures and technology designed to prevent such unauthorized access.

Security Programs

No one can guarantee that data transmission over the Internet will be 100% secure. Nevertheless, SPNet has taken technical, administrative, and physical steps to protect against unauthorized access to customer information and personally identifiable information used to administer its customers’ accounts. All such information is handled securely and used appropriately within SPNet and is not disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

User IDs and Passwords

Each visitor is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his or her User ID and password, and is responsible for all Portal product and service activities that occur under his or her User ID and password, including, without limitation, all related customer information and personally identifiable information. Each visitor must immediately notify SPNet of any unauthorized use of his or her User ID or password or of his or her customer information or personally identifiable information or any other breach of security regarding the Portal products and services. SPNet is not responsible for any loss whatsoever arising from a visitor’s failure to comply with these security requirements as set forth in this Policy or in the SPNet Terms of Use/Visitor Agreement.
